Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler Hammer D60LT5 SER A2 /DO60LA SER A1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 36T734 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1NC4QO manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature hsws48 by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge-fanuc Brand DS3800HRRB1D1D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eagle-Signal such as HP518A601 equipment made by Eagle-Signal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eagle-Signal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eagle-Signal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SP149220 made by Electromatic as well as the popular LLR20H18A original spares produced by Deutsch

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR122A08402AA by General-Electric and HP518A601 spares by Eagle-Signal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HZ171A6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eagle-Signal.
